What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-In: 2:00 PM, Check-Out: 12:00 PM
What is your cancellation policy?
Any changes or re-bookings must be made at least 7 days before arrival to avoid fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the total accommodation cost for the entire stay. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted, but rebooking is allowed in the event of force majeure.
How do I make payment to confirm my booking?
Payment should be made through the Paymaya link provided. Failure to pay within 24 hours will result in the reservation being canceled. One hundred percent (100%) of the total charges are required to confirm the reservation. After payment, please send the payment receipt to rstkeluarga@gmail.com for confirmation.
Are there any fees for early check-in or late check-out?
Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and come with appropriate fees.
What is your policy on bringing outside food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the resort. Extra charges may apply if deemed necessary by management.
Can I bring my pet to the resort?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time due to the resort's ongoing development and lack of appropriate facilities and services for pets.
Is parking available at the resort?
Yes, all guests have access to free parking spaces. Please provide your plate numbers prior to arrival for security purposes.
Do you allow walk-in visitors for ocular visits or check-ins?
We strictly do not allow walk-in visitors for ocular visits or check-ins. Please schedule an ocular visit by calling our number in advance.
