Payment

• Payment should be made through the Paymaya link to confirm your booking; failing to to pay will result in the reservation being cancelled within 24 hours.
• Payment of one hundred percent (100%) of the total charges will be needed to confirm the reservation.
• For confirmation and verification purposes, we request that you send your payment receipt to rstkeluarga@gmail.com.
• Do not pay for canceled reservations, reservation isn't guaranteed once it is canceled.

Check-in and Check-out

• Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, and come with appropriate fees.
• Checked in guests are not allowed to welcome their own guests who are not registered in their reservation.
• A security deposit of Php 2,500 per villa will be collected upon check-in, and returned upon check-out.

Children Policy

• Two (2) children ages 7 and below stay for free but does not include free breakfast. In excess of two (2) children, a fee of Php 750.00 per head will be charged, this fee covers the stay of the child and breakfast.
• Children ages 8-10 will also be charged a fee of Php 750.00, while ages 11 and above will be charged full at Php 1,500.

Outside Food

• Outside food and drinks is not permitted in the resort. Extra charges of Php 2,500 per day will be made when deemed necessary by management.
• Eating inside the room is strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy

• Unfortunately, we cannot welcome your fur babies for the time being. This is due to the resort's continuing growth and the lack of appropriate facilities and services for your beloved pets.

Parking

• All our guests have access to free parking spaces.
• For security purposes, please provide your plate numbers prior to your arrival via Viber or SMS.

Walk-in Policy

• We strictly do not allow walk-in visitors for the purpose of ocular visits and check-ins. Please call our number if you wish to schedule an ocular visit with us.
